Yes. Every article in every journal we publish is free to read from the day it appears, with no subscription, registration or embargo. Authors keep copyright and publish under a CC BY 4.0 license.
Nothing to submit, and nothing if your manuscript is rejected. An article processing charge applies only on acceptance, and the amount is published on each journal's site before you submit. Waivers are considered for authors without research funding.
It depends on reviewer availability and the complexity of the work. We do not sell fast-tracking: no payment changes the speed or the outcome of review. The stages are set out on our for authors page.
No. None of our journals is currently listed in Scopus or Web of Science, and we are preparing applications to DOAJ. We are working towards inclusion in the major services, and we will list one here only once it has confirmed the journal. Anyone who tells you they can guarantee indexing is selling something they cannot deliver.
Yes. Every published article is registered with Crossref and receives a DOI, and its metadata is deposited so it can be found and cited.
Yes, at any time and with no embargo — the submitted, accepted or published version. We ask only that the deposited copy cites the journal and links to the DOI.
No. The two are entirely separate. Editors and reviewers are not told whether an author used our services, and the staff who provide them take no part in any editorial decision.
No. We do not write research for authors, and we do not paraphrase text to lower a similarity score. Our author services cover language editing, formatting, figure and table preparation, and Arabic–English translation only.
No. Reviewers are selected and invited by the handling editor, and we do not accept reviewer suggestions from authors.

Yes, once. Write to the editor-in-chief of the journal setting out your grounds and responding point by point to the reviewers' comments.
You may, but you must say so — naming the tool and describing how it was used — and you remain fully responsible for everything you submit. An AI tool cannot be listed as an author.
