Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for hosting, indexing, or partnership through our publishing platform, journals must meet the following criteria:

Academic Domain
We publish peer-reviewed journals in various domains, including but not limited to:- Life Sciences & Biotechnology: Genetics, microbiology, and molecular biology.
- Physical & Chemical Sciences: Physics, chemistry, and materials science.
- Engineering & Technology: Artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, and applied sciences.
- Social & Behavioural Sciences: Psychology, education, and humanities.
- Computer Science and Technology: Artificial Intelligence and Bioinformatics.

Academic Scope
The journal should focus on academic, scientific, medical, or multidisciplinary research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge in its respective field. -
Publishing Ethics & Standards
The journal must fully comply with recognized international publishing standards, including but not limited to:- COPE – Committee on Publication Ethics
- ICMJE – International Committee of Medical Journal Editors
- Clear policies on authorship, conflict of interest, plagiarism, peer review, and data integrity

Transparency and Peer Review
A transparent peer review process must be in place (single-blind, double-blind, or open peer review), with detailed editorial policies available on the journal’s website. -
Editorial Board
The journal must maintain an active and diverse editorial board with clear affiliations and academic credentials. -
Publication Frequency & Accessibility
- Regular publication schedule (quarterly, biannual, or monthly)
- Online accessibility with clear guidelines for authors and readers
Application Process
We welcome partnerships with journals that align with our mission and commitment to academic excellence. To apply for inclusion in our publishing platform, please follow the steps below:

Submit a Formal Application
Interested journals must provide the following documents and information:- A brief overview of the journal’s aim and scope
- Detailed information about the editorial board, including affiliations and academic credentials
- Samples or links to past publications (if available)
- The journal’s peer review policy and publication ethics statement

Initial Review by RES
Once received, the application will undergo a preliminary evaluation by the RES editorial and quality team to assess:- Alignment with our publishing standards and subject areas
- Compliance with ethical publishing practices (COPE, ICMJE, etc.)
- Overall quality and transparency of the editorial process

Final Decision
Approved journals will receive a confirmation email and further instructions for onboarding. If revisions are needed, feedback will be provided.
Agreement & Documentation
Upon approval, the following formalities must be completed to finalize the partnership:

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
A formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed between RES and the journal’s managing entity. This agreement will outline roles, responsibilities, publishing rights, and quality expectations. -
ISSN and Ownership Verification
The journal is required to submit:- Valid ISSN registration details (Print/Online)
- Official proof of ownership or publishing rights
Editorial Board & Peer Review
To maintain high academic and ethical standards, all partner journals are expected to meet the following requirements:

Qualified Editorial Board
The journal must have an active and diverse editorial board comprising scholars and experts with verifiable academic and/or professional credentials relevant to the journal’s scope. Editorial members should be clearly listed on the journal’s official website with affiliations. -
Transparent Peer Review Process
A clearly defined and standardized peer-review policy must be in place. Accepted review models include:- Single-blind
- Double-blind
- Open peer review
- Fairness, objectivity, and confidentiality
- Timely review timelines
- Clear criteria for manuscript acceptance or rejection
Ethical Compliance
At RES, we uphold the highest standards of academic and research integrity. All partner journals are required to fully comply with international ethical publishing guidelines.

- DOI Registration: Assignment of Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to individual articles to enhance discoverability and citation tracking.

Indexing and Visibility
Journals are strongly encouraged to apply for indexing in major international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed. Achieving indexing status will significantly enhance the visibility and credibility of the journal while broadening its academic impact.
Open Access & Copyright Policies

Affiliated journals may select from the following publishing models based on their objectives and audience:- Open Access: Articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide, increasing visibility, citation, and knowledge sharing.
- Subscription-Based: Content is accessible through institutional or individual subscriptions, with optional embargo periods for open access.

Author Copyright & Licensing
RES supports a progressive copyright policy that empowers authors. Authors should:- Retain full copyright over their published work

All affiliated journals must have a valid ISSN (International Standard Serial Number)—either for print, online, or both formats. This ensures international recognition, cataloging, and indexing eligibility. -

RES offers assistance in obtaining Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) for individual articles and journal issues.- DOIs enable permanent linking, citation tracking, and metadata integration across scholarly platforms.
- DOI services are managed through trusted registration agencies such as CrossRef.

Partner journals are expected to:- Maintain a high-quality, user-friendly website with clear and updated information (aim, scope, editorial board, submission guidelines, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in branding, logos, formatting, and digital identity across platforms
- Regularly update published issues, announcements, and author guidelines to reflect professionalism and transparency
Conferences Proceedings & Inter-journal/publisher Collaboration

- Promote their latest issues and calls for papers
